Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Mark Switzer Auction Services or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Mark Switzer Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Texas buyers who want to claim a Farm Use Exemption on farm equipment must present a valid Texas Agriculture & Timber Registration Number, along with a signed Texas Agricultural Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate. There is a 10% Buyer Premium on all items. There will be a $50 Document Fee on any licensed, titled or bill of sale vehicle including trailers and ATV's. Shipping: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not ship. Please bring help for loading large items.
