Payment Due in full within 48 hours from the conclusion of the auction. Sale Agreement: The BUYER commits to acquiring, and the VENDOR commits to parting with their stake in the described ASSET using the given Tract or Permanent Parcel ID number(s) based on the conditions outlined below. It's important to note that this agreement does not involve the sale of any personal items to the BUYER. Title and Land Assessment: VENDOR does not provide any assurances regarding the state or status of the title. Prior or future issues might influence it. If the BUYER wishes to inspect the title or have a land survey, they will be responsible for the associated costs.
