The handgun must be shipped to a registered FFL Firearms License holder in the state of your residence. All State and Federal Laws Must Apply. If you ARE NOT A TEXAS RESIDENT, you can still bid no and receive a longarm, however, you cannot pick up in person. The longarm must be shipped to a registered FFL Firearms License holder in the state of your residence. All State and Federal Laws Must Apply.
