Online auction is in progress now. THIS PROPERTY IS OFF HWY 290 BETWEEN THE Y AT OAK HILL AND DRIPPING SPRINGS. The home is smoke and pet free. This is an Absolute auction with all bids starting at $2.50. All items are sold in as, gently used condition. Pickup will be on Tuesday, Oct 31st at the home. WE WILL SHIP AT BUYERS EXPENSE.
Buyers will be charged a 13% buyers premium. Buyers are expected to pick up their purchases timely & on pick up day as noted in auction info. We will make 1 attempt to contact buyers during the ONLINE pickup by phone to confirm pick up. Bring wrapping material as well as a dolly or help to load items, as needed.
