Bidding opens up on Sunday, October 22nd at 7 pm central standard time and runs through Sunday, October 29, 2023 starting with Lot 1 closing at 7 pm central standard time. Each Lot provides the amount of time remains to place bids. You can keep bidding on an item as long as it is still up and has time counting down. It is a 'soft close' auction, meaning an extra 3 minutes for bidding will be added if someone places a bid within the last 3 remaining minutes. In Person Check Out and Pick Up will be Thursday, November 2, 2023. Winning bidders will receive an email with instructions within 24 hours for both in person pick up instructions and for Shippping instructions. We use a 3rd party shipper. Payment is taken through Square in person or by Payment link emailed for items to be shipped. For those who are picking up in person the email will include a SingUpGenius schedule link to secure a time slot for the in person check out and pick up.

This is an online estate auction brought to you by Capitol Sales Services This online auction starts October 22nd and runs through October 29th. This downsizing estate is of a 90 year old local doctor who spent many years as a military doctor before settling in a private practice in Corsicana decades ago. He and his wife purchased this home in 1990 from the original owners and many of the antique pieces were a part of that purchase. Several of these items were purchased from local leading interior decorating shops and antique shops who had provided unique items to the old oil families for decades. This sale has a lot of blue & white porcelain items, antique furniture, vintage patio garden items, Texas regional art, books, rugs, and so much more.

*We accept most major credit cards and cash payment. *We do not except cashier checks or out of town checks (unless from a known buyer). *All credit card and cash payments will be processed by Capitol Sales Services through SQUARE. Payments for both IN PERSON CHECK OUT and for SHIPPING. SHIPPING items will be processed through a Square Payment Link which will be emailed to the winning bidder during designated time period of when we start processing shipping as described in the Winning Bidder email that is sent out within 24 hours of the auciton closing. *Make sure to check your junk and spam files. *Payment Will NOT Be taken through the card information you provided for registration which is for verification.
SHIPPING is OFFERED on some Lots but Not on every Lot for this Auciton so please note which Lot has shipping offered as it is indictated on each LOT. IF you bid on an item that does not have SHIPPING OFFERED you have to make arrangements or you will have to wait till we can get to the shipping station. Also some items do not have Shipping Available due to higher chance of damage due to the material etc, if you bid on them and expect them to be shipped then you are taking on that risk they might get damaged. A FEW ITEMS will be avaialbe for the winning bidder to have a 3rd party shipper come pack the item up and ship it out. FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS IN PERSON PICK UP Only unless winning bidder arranges for a 3rd party to pick up that large item. Items must be paid for in full before we take it down to a n 3rd party shipping center. You will be provided the contact information and you will pay for the shipping through them. Do not bid if you do not have a realistic concept of true shipping costs. WE charge for the item, taxes, buyers premium, and handling fee on items to taken to a shipping station. Shipping payjents will be handled through a local shipping service we use. If we have to pack shipping items it will be $5 per box and materials. Further SHIPPING details will be emailed to the winning bidder wiithin 24 hours AFTER the auciton ends. The in Person Pick up and Check Out (Payment will be taken in Person on pick up day). Winning bidders will receive an email WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER AUCTION CLOSE with a Sign-Up Genius website Link which all winning bidders must schedule & sign up for a time slot for Check Out & Pick Up.
