Description
Online auction only. You must register at cookstowing.hibid.com to bid. If you win any lot and don't pay you will not be approved to bid at any of our future auctions. Most of the vehicles in our auction are acquired by private property impounds or accidents. Occasionally we will have some vehicles with a title. All other vehicles will be auctioned off with Mechanic Lien paperwork. If we know any information about a vehicle, I will list it in the description for that lot. Cook's Towing Service, Inc. &/or C & C Auctioneering is not responsible for any omission in description , any misleading information, parts missing, mechanical condition or physical condition of any lot in our auction. Our online auction is the last Tuesday of every month. If you have a vehicle you would like to list in our auction and have a clear title, we only charge you 10% of the total selling price. You must have a clear title and if the vehicle is not titled in Indiana, you must have a current VIN check form filled out and signed by a police officer before we can put it in the auction.
Payment is to be made at close of auction. We accept cash, Certified check (made payable to C & C Auctioneering), Cashier's check (made payable to C & C Auctioneering), Visa, Mastercard (if paying with VIsa or Mastercard, add 10% processing fee to total invoice amount). If you win the bid on any lot and do not pay, you will not be allowed to bid at any of our future auctions and negative feedback comments will be made public information. All lots won need to be picked up by 4:00pm on Friday same week as the auction. If you need a vehicle towed out of our lot, we can deliver locally for an additional charge depending on what we are towing and where it is going.
