Slyman Auction is not to be held liable for any computer, internet or website malfunctions. We do not approve any international bidding. It is up to Slyman Auction to approve or disapprove bidders.

Slyman Auction is not responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. Slyman Auction makes every effort to provide accurate information about the items being sold. It is Buyers' full responsibility to confirm the accuracy of items offered for sale. FAILURE TO REMOVE PURCHASE: The following circumstances shall be deemed abandoned and Buyer will lose any right, title, or interest Buyer may have acquired and the items shall revert and repossess to Auctioneer without further notice to Buyer. Auctioneer shall also be entitled to any costs associated with the removal, storage and reselling of Buyer's items, and any other charges, fees, and expenses incurred as a result of Buyer's failure, including all attorney fees and costs incurred by Auctioneer to enforce Buyer's obligations hereunder. If the item(s) are not claimed by the buyer with the provided grace period of three (3) business days, the items will be deemed abandoned and become the sole property of Slyman Auction. Payment: By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to allow us to charge the credit card on file if you are the winner upon close of the auction. A 4% charge will be added for paying with a credit card. Local bidders have the option of paying with cash, cashier's check or VENMO only on specified days of pick up.
Shipping Information:Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs. Weights listed are approximate. Size and weight affect shipping costs.
