All items are being sold as is with no warranty. Auctioneers will not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or the defect in any lot and make no warranty in connection therewith. It is buyer's full responsibility to confirm the accuracy of items offered for sale. Descriptions and photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read descriptions and ask questions if you are unclear. Please Note: When you register for our auction you are automatically approved for bids up to $800. Bids above that amount require additional approval. If you think that you will be bidding above that amount, we encourage you to request a higher limit by email prior to the close of the auction. Last minute bids at lot closing may not allow sufficient time for approvals. Items will be available for pickup at a designated date, time, and location. Please read the “Checkout” section in our Auction Details for date and time. The full address and details will be provided to winning bidders in their Settlement Statement by the email associated with their HiBid account. Watch for the statement in an email from hibid@auctionflex.com. PLEASE REVIEW PICKUP TIMES BEFORE BIDDING! If you can not be present for the scheduled pickup, please contact us by email to make other arrangements and note that a handling fee may be charged if we must transport your items.
