This is an online only auction. Items may be previewed at the Vandertook Auction Lot located at 3715 Stagecoach Rd., Hickman, NE on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm CDT. Firearms can be previewed on Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023 from 4 pm to 6 pm CDT at CK Armory at 4830 Rentworth Dr. Suite 1A, Lincoln NE. Buyers of firearms (Lots 5000 & 5101 thru 5130) will pay a $25 paperwork fee. These guns can be picked at CK Armory on Monday, Oct. 30, 2023 or after, between 8 am & 6 pm. He is not open on the weekends. There is no early pick-up. Nebraska buyers must be at least 18 years old & resident of Nebraska. Handguns will require an appropriate hand gun permit. Out-of-state buyers can not pick up firearms. They must be shipped from CK Armory. There is no guarantee on ammo, as some are reloads. If you will require shipping you Must contact Vandertook Auction Co. before the end of the close of auction by emailing us at vandertookauctionco@gmail.com; shipping and handling charges will apply. Your card on file with HiBid will be charged for your purchase(s) on the pickup date; once all shipping & handling charges are known, your card will be charged again for these fees. Paid invoices will be emailed to you for both charges. **Allow a minimum of 3 weeks after pick up date for shipping to occur. **Handling charges are a minimum of $10 with the possibility of more on larger shipments, shipping requiring special instructions/requests or packages with excessive packing. **Buyers outside the Continental US, must contact Vandertook Auction before the start of the auction close. **If you require shipping, make sure the item you are bidding on says "Shipping Available". All items must be paid for and picked up on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CST at 3715 Stagecoach Rd., Hickman, NE. Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of a 5%, with a $5 minimum. This fee will be added to the buyers invoice and will be paid by using credit card on file. LOADING HELP ONLY AVAILABLE DURING/THROUGH THE PICK UP TIME! PLEASE BRING HELP and PLAN ACCORDINGLY!!! Any items not picked up on the pickup date or arrangments made prior to pickup, may be disposed of at the discretion of the auctioneer. Buyer's Premium & taxes apply. Please be aware there is a 5.5% sales tax (vehicles exempt) on all purchases unless you have a tax-exempt number on file with our company. This tax applies regardless of state of residence. The buyer's premium is 15% and applied to all purchases. There is a $200 maximum buyers premium per lot on all lots excluding firearms (lots 5101 thru 5130). The maximum buyers premimum on these losts will be $100. It is the BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor.
