The pick up address in the NORTH area of HOUSTON will be given to the highest bidders via email with their PAID receipt.
NO SHIPPING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS AUCTION. PICK UP ON DATE / TIMES ABOVE ONLY.
Items not picked up at the designated location on NOV 3, 2023 between 8am - 1pm CST will be forfeited and disposed of as the seller deems necessary. Possible suspension of bidding rights may occur at management's discretion if items are not picked up on designated day/time offered. There will be NO Refunds for the items left. The buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up is completed on NOV 3, 2023 between 8am - 1pm CST.
Indemnification: Buyer shall indemnify Gran-E LLC against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney's fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. The buyer will not hold Gran-E LLC, its owners, affiliates or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
Governing Law: The laws of the state of Texas govern this agreement. All lawsuits must be filed in Ellis County, Texas.
