Auction terms/conditions
All items are sold "As Is" "Where Is" with all faults. We try hard to detail any damages to items and describe them to the best of our ability & will never intentionally mislead, however Leveled Up Loot LLC is not liable for any faults missed, all descriptions are believed accurate but not waranteeed. Bidder inspection is encouraged, see our preview section for info. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they are satisfied with the item, or have chosen not to personally examine it.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS - NO REFUNDS
We reserve the right to refuse or reject any bid at the sole discretion of Leveled Up Loot LLC
Bidders are responsible for all applicable taxes. Leveled up Loot LLC operates out of the City of Springfield, Mo. Greene County. It is the bidders responsibility to provide documentation at time of payment for any Tax Exempt status.
There will be a 15% Buyers premium rate charged to all winning bids.
We accept the following payment types: Cash, AmEx, Mastercard, Visa, & Discover.
All items must be paid for within the specified pick up dates for each auction. If shipping is needed there will be an additional $5.00 charge for handeling plus actual shipping and material costs. Shipping must be requested by emailing leveleduploot@gmail.com or calling (417) 689-0082.
Shipping will be added to the Hibid invoice and billed to the card on file. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment via email.
Any items not claimed by the end of the pick up times will be charged to the bidders card on file, and resold. If you need more time call or email to let us know what time and date. There will be a $30.00 per day additional charge for storage fees. Items that are shipped will not be guaranteed to arrive in the same condition as was purchased. Leveled Up Loot LLC is very experienced in shipping of goods, and will take all neccessary care and precaution.
Leveled Up Loot LLC reserves the right to cancel and /or reopen the auction in the case of systems failures.
