Upstate Auction Company has been retained to assist Rod and Illa Cornell with selling the contents of their summer home over looking beautiful Keuka Lake. The Cornell's have summering at their summer "farm" for over 40 years. We encourage you to take a look at the over 400 lots up for auction.
Bidding: Bids will be accepted until the final moments per the softwares internal clock. All items that you are bidding on are as is where is. There will be a time in the description details for a opportunity to do live preview if you wish. Auction company has the right to change items and is not to be held liable for any computer, software, or internet issues. Preview by appointment Payment: All payments will be charged to the credit card that was used to obtain a bid number when registering. Any payments rejected by the processor may result in the item being offered to the back up bidder. Pick up of items: Once the auction ends and the payments have settled we will have pick up times as follows: Friday Oct. 27th 1pm - 5pm and Saturday Oct. 28 th 9:30a.m. till 11:00 a.m. at the on site home. Buyers will get the address upon winning a item. The auction company will not be transporting any items back to our facility. If an item is not picked up during the specified times then the item is deemed forfieted by the buyer. Shipping: if shipping is needed we will deliver your item to the UPS Store in Corning, NY. They will then reach out to you for packing and shipping instructions. You will pay them directly for those services. The auction company delievers to UPS for no additional fee.
