Pick-up will be November 9th from 12 PM until 5 PM. This is the only day for pick-up. If you cannot pick up your items during these set times, do not bid. AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Bid online only until November 7th at 7:00pm CST. Credt card on file with Hibid will be processed for all items immediately after auction closing. If credit card is declined, you will be contacted for alternative payment before pick-up. PICK UP WILL BE NOVEMBER 9TH FROM 12 NOON UNTIL 5:00 PM. IF UNABLE TO PICK UP ITEMS ON THIS DAY, DO NOT BID AS THERE ARE NO ALTERNATIVE PICK UP DAYS. All items are sold as is, where is with no warranties or representations expressed or implied. Credit cards will be charged a $2,000 deposit on any motor vehicle. Buyer will be responsible for balance with certified check or cash at pick-up. Buyer will be charged for purchases whether picked up or not. BUYER TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN LABOR AND EQUIPMENT FOR PICK UP. 15% Buyers premium will be added to final bid to determine final sales price. Any items not picked up during pick up time will be charged to buyer and disposed of at buyers expense. Minimun $25 haul-off fee will be charged for items not picked up. Shipping costs, labor and materials cost will be an additional charge to the buyer before items will be shipped. All items are sold as is, where is with no warranties or representations expressed or implied. Auction company makes no guarnatees on any item. Auction will have a 3 minute soft-close. Any bid in the final 3 minutes will extend bidding 3 minutes. There will also be a 20 second stagger between closing lots. Auction company does not guarantee shipping. Any item shipped will be shipped insured and signature upon delivery will be required.
