All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, usefulness, value, or any other determining factor. We attempt to describe the merchandise our customers are bidding on. We do this to the best of our ability and many times rely on information given to us from the consignor. Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc. Stock photos are for item identification ONLY. Junk In The Trunk shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection they’re with. We do not fully inspect every item and advise you to do so on auction inspection day. No allowance, refund or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error, imperfection, defect, or damage. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal. No Exceptions. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. There will be no charge backs, stop payments or refunds.

PAYMENT
We accept most major credit cards and cash payment. Discount offered for cash. We do not accept checks or cashier's checks. All credit card and cash payments shall be processed by Junk In The Trunk.
PICK-UP
Pick up times & dates are firm. All items are to be picked up by the designated time that the auction states. Junk In The Trunk will be the determining factor on deciding whether the winning bidder has an extenuating circumstance that will not allow them to pick up an item. DON'T BID on items if you do not or cannot make the pick-up dates. Failure to follow this rule could prevent you from participating in future Auctions. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON THE DESIGNATED BUSINESS DAY ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BECOME THE PROPERTY OF Junk In The Trunk. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE SALE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU ANYWAY WE CAN, BUT WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE TO STORE ABANDON ITEMS. ABANDON ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED A DISPOSAL FEE OF $25.00 PER LOT.
Buyer must provide manpower to move and supplies to pack purchased items. We do not have packing supplies at pick up.

SHIPPING
Some Items can be shipped. There is a $5.00 handling fee for any lot or set of items shipped and the buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost. If you would like a rough quote before bidding

REGISTRATION
All persons desiring to bid must register to the auction. Registration is free. A valid credit or debit card number is required as a security measurement, and it should be in the bidder's name.
