By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. Please fully read through the following statements. Payments. Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 10% buyer’s premium and 9% state sales tax. -You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction. Pickups. Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Sunday-Wednesday from 10am-7pm is the designated pick-up time for each auction. If for some reason you cannot make it during that time frame, please email us at pricebreaksealedbid@gmail.com to make arrangements. All items not picked up by Wednesday at 7pm(assuming no arrangements were made) will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold on a future auction with no refund given. We are located at 501 N Arkansas Ave, Russellville, AR 72801. Shipping is NOT available for any of our auctions at this location. Refunds/Returns. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. Some items will NOT be tested, and inevitably, some items may not be in working condition. To compensate for this, all items have a 48 hour return policy from the time of auction ending for misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. Due to this being an auction, we will not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for. HiBid emails are not controlled by Price Break Auction. If you would like to no longer receive emails from HiBid, you may make adjustments to your notification and communications in your HiBid account settings. Price Break reserves the right to put any Bidder on probation for reasons including but not limited to nonpayment, violation of terms and conditions, misrepresentation, or any attempt to defraud or mislead other bidders. Price Break reserves the right to remove any item/lot from the auction for any reason deemed necessary.
