PAYMENTS- There will be a 15% buyer's Premium added to all your purchases. If you are the successful bidder on any item(s) you will receive an E-mail invoice in the email that you used when registering. On this invoice the pickup location and the pickup Date will be stated. You will need to pick up your items on stated days to pick up your items.. The pickup date is also stated before the bidding begins. If you are unable to meet these guidelines please do not place bids. There will be no refunds because you cannot pick up your items. ALL SALES FINAL
CATALOG-Please do research on the lots that you are interested in before placing your bids. After you place a bid and it is accepted, it cannot be retracted. All of the items are available for inspection by contacting S & S Auction Co. 563-513-7107 via text or voice. S & S Auction Company makes no guarantee on the authenticity of any items being sold. We will represent any defects that we are made aware of or that we notice during cataloging. Please use the opportunity to preview items or call Mike if you have specific questions. BIDDING - When you enter your max. bid , the bid price does not automatically advance to your max bid. When Someone else places a bid, your bid will increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid on your behalf to your max bid in the increments specified. If 2 people bid the same amount the 1st person to place the bid will be the high bidder. If a bid is placed within the last 1 minute the auction on that item will extend by 1 minute until no further bids are placed
TECHNICAL ISSUES-In the event of technical difficulties related to the software,server, internet or other online technologies S &S Auction Co. reserves the right to extend bidding, close the bidding or continue the bidding. S & S Auction Co. will not be held responsible for any technical difficulties.

Shipping is available on smaller items, It may take up to 2 weeks for your item to ship. Packing fees are as follows 1st item- $10, $4 for each additional item with a max. fee of $30. plus actual shipping charges

-All guarantees are between buyer & seller. Each item or lot sells in "As Is" condition. All purchases must be settled for before items removed. S & S Auction Co. is not responsible in case of accidents on premises. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ITEMS....IT BELONGS TO YOU. Information on items is obtained by us from the sellers and you hereby agree to hold harmless S & S Auction Co. & its staff for any errors or omissions regarding the items being sold. By bidding on an item you have agreed to accept that item in its present condition and its present location with the description provided whether accurate or not.
