Buyer acknowledges and agrees to conditions of Sale (Posted or Announced) upon award of bid at Bids Win Auctions.
-By registering with Bids Win Auctions you agree and acknowledge that upon winning you are responsible for the prompt payment and retrieval of items won -All purchases must be paid in full and picked by specified times.
-All Bids are final and cannot be changed
-Payments accepted: Cash, Visa, Master Card, Debit Cards and Zelle (occasionally we will allow use of Venmo with prior request and approval).
-We do not guarantee items, such as car stereos; battery operated items; inflatables; computer components; children’s toys; remote control items; hobby items; play sets; musical instruments, etc.; combinations or keys to security locks; dents, scratches, blemishes, discolorations, chips, anything aesthetic; missing or broken parts and accessories
-We will gladly give a full refund should any item that comes with an electrical cord and plugs in and has a winning bid of 30.00 or more not turn on. You can request to check a plug-in item prior to leaving with it. Once you leave with it no refund will be given.
-All items are sold as is where is without warranties or guarantees of any kind expressed or implied
-Please read all descriptions prior to bidding. While we have no guarantees on items, we will do our best to check as many items as possible so that we can note any issues in the descriptions. Items with notable issues will have an * at the end of heading on the main picture. Clicking on the picture will take you to the description so that you can see what was found to be notable. If you have any questions about any item in the auction, please do not hesitate to call us. We will be happy to answer any questions you have. We are working towards having a preview day in our future auctions so please bear with us while we get that worked that out.
