The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. One invoice with shipping costs will be sent once it is calculated. All lots are assumed to need shipping unless noted. All sales are final. We do not accept returns. The winner agrees that chargebacks are not allowed. It is the winner's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. There may be an attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising but makes no representations. In no event are we held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The customer shall be the sole judge of value. We reserve the right to add additional processing fees if payment is not received promptly. Typically between $5 to $20. We also reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for items that are not paid for and returned to the seller. Shipping Information: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items are automatically combined for shipping. We work to keep shipping costs as low as possible. We pack and ship items in-house. All items will be sleeved, placed in a top loader and team bag with cardboard reinforcement, and shipped in a bubble mailer or box with bubble wrap or another form of protection. A one-time handling fee of $2 will be charged per invoice. We ship by accepting the lowest rate offered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Any package with a total sale price of over $200 will be shipped with Insurance. The winner is determined when the software says sold. We can not reopen any lot once a lot is sold or passed. Some reserves may not be listed on the site. We reserve the right to cancel any lot at any time up to and during the auction.
