Pick up will be Thursday Nov 16th 9:00am-5:00pm There are NO alternate pick up dates. Pick up will be held at. 27885 N Manley Rd, Avon IL 61415. Please pickup your items during the pickup times. NOTE- If you do not pickup your items duing the listed pickup times you will forfeit them, unless shipping is needed or you have spoken to the auction co. We are only at the home during the pickup times. ALL BUYERS are required to bring help to load their items. If you need help, bring help. All KKA personnel will be locating items for other buyers. There will be a loader onsite to load larger items. The loader will be onsite for the load out times only. Buyers of tractors and large equipment will have two weeks to remove your items. NOTE payment is due no more than 24hrs after the auction closes. If trucking is required please call the auction co. to set up pickup time. PLEASE READ ALL THE TERMS If your items are not picked up by 5:00pm, Nov 16th your card on file will be charged. NO exceptions. If your card is not able to be charged at this time, you will be blocked from bidding on all other auctions. If you do not pickup your items during the pickup time, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS. We accept cash, check, credit or debit card as forms of payment at pickup. All charges on credit or debit cards carry a 4% transaction fee. NO exceptions. All shipping will be done by a 3rd party shipping company of our choice. Once your items are safely dropped off with the shipping company, they will handle every step after that. SHIPPING CO INFO WILL BE LISTED BELOW. The shipping company will contact you for card/payment and other information if needed. All shipping and other fees will need to be paid before the package will be sent. After payment is made with the shipping company, they will email you a tracking number, along with an invoice of the charges. If a buyer does not pay for the shipping fees within 1 week of the shipping companies first contact date, you will forefit the items purchased and the payment for those items. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT USE USPS FOR SHIPPING. WE WILL ONLY SHIP SMALL ITEMS! NO furniture or larger akward items. If you have any hesitation on an item, ask us prior to bidding. KKA will make sure your items are delivered to the shipping company safely. Once items are dropped at the shipping company, they are 100% reponsible for these items. If any issues should arise after this point, the buyer will need to be in direct contact with the shipping company that listed below. The whole shipping process can take up to 10 days in some cases.
