Bidding is in a soft close format; any bid made on a lot within the last one minute of bidding will extend the bidding of that lot by one additional minute.
All items are sold as is, where is, and no warranty or guarantee is made as to condition.
Electronics have not been tested unless noted; we give no warranty or guarantee to their condition.
We do our best to show photos of chipped, scratched, damaged, or torn items. The highest bidder agrees to pay the full amount for the purchased item as-is. Minor scratches, chips or damages may not always be photographed. Please contact us for more information regarding a specific item's condition. Bidder inspection is encouraged. You may come preview all auction items in person, during the posted preview hours, no exceptions.
All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Purchases will be credit card only. No cash or check is allowed. Credit cards are processed automatically.
Tennessee Sales Tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax, unless outside the state of Tennessee. If you have a resale certificate, please email a copy to auctions@mainandmcgrew.com before bidding on items. If you do not provide a resale certificate before the end of the auction, sales tax will be charged to your invoice; no exceptions.
All buyers are responsible for the pickup of their winnings. All winnings must be picked up during posted pick up times at 100 South Main Street, Shelbyville, TN 37160. Failure to pickup items during pickup times will result in forfeiture of items and no refunds will be given. If the bidder is unable to pickup winnings during the pickup window, other arrangements can be made at a mutually agreed upon time. Any pickup scheduled outside of posted hours will be subject to an additional fee. We will not have boxes or packing material for your items; this is solely the responsibility of the bidder. We will try our best to help load out items, however we cannot guarantee help. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD OUT WINNINGS.

SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE! PLEASE LET US KNOW UPON AUCTION REGISTRATION THAT YOU WILL NEED YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED. Any item that can be shipped with normal shipping supplies will be shipped in-house.
We charge actual shipping costs. There will be a handling fee of $5 for the first lot won, and $1 for each additional lot won. If you are an out-of-state buyer, you will automatically be charged for shipping and handling, unless we are notified before the end of the auction. There may be additional handling fees for larger items.
You will receive at least two emails from us; one at the end of the auction with an paid invoice attached, to show you what you won. Your card gets charged automatically. If you need your items shipped, you will receive another email with a paid invoice containing all shipping and handling fees. Your card will be charged a second time. IF YOU DO NOT SEE AN EMAIL WITHIN A DAY OF THE AUCTION CLOSING, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!
Buyer shall indemnify Main and McGrew Auctions against any damages, claims, and liability as a result of any harm or injury suffered by any person during the sale or pickup of items.
Main and McGrew Auctions, its owners, employees, or agents reserve the right to bid on any auction.
