All titles will be filled out with the new name of purchaser, address, date of sale, and total price paid. All vehicles and trailers subject to be charged 7% Indiana Sales Tax. Provided with the title will be proof of Sales Tax Paid, Form ST-108A. Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to hold all titles if paid by check for 14 days, until funds are secured.
