* Items are located at 1325 Hwy 75, Tekamah NE 68061 * BY PLACING A BID, BIDDER CERTIFIES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND WILL ABIDE BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW. *IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING. * ON-LINE BIDDING* This is a timed, Online-only Auction; the highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional minute. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second to prevent others from bidding more. * Bidding begins once posted. The Auction will close on October 18th, 2023, beginning at 6PM CST until the last bid is completed. * In event of power outage, we reserve the rights to award the winning bid to the last accepted bidder. *We will send an email after the sale with your invoice. Please respond with your chosen method of payment, cash, check, card on file or wire transfer. If we don't hear from you, by close of business on October 21, 2023, we will charge your card on file for your convenience. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether immediately apparent or not. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the seller or Lee Valley Auctions. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction. Most Items are insured when shipped, but not responsible for accidents or loss that occurrs during shipping. * No merchandise may be removed without a paid receipt. * All measurement and sizes are measured to the best of our knowledge some errors may occur. * PAYMENT PROCEDURES: Payments will be made directly to Lee Valley Auctions. Payment must be made at time of pickup. FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Master Card, or Visa Card, Check or Wire Transfer will be accepted. Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed at the allotted checkout times, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including all moneys from the buyer. FAILURE to pay for items WILL result in buyer being PERMANENTLY BANNED from future High Bid auctions. There is a 10% Buyers Premium on all items. Local Tax rate is 5.5%. Unpaid accounts will be charged at close of business on October 21st 2023 to the credit card account on file unless we are contacted as to your preferred payment method. If you do not contact us for an appointment time by end of business October 25th 2023, you will lose all rights to your purchases. Unclaimed items will be resold on or after October 26th. * We can provide shipping on most items; the buyer pays for all shipping and handling. It may be unfeasible to ship some items due to weight or size. All items we can ship will be marked as Shipping Available. Those items not marked as Shipping Available must be picked up at the sale location. Handling fees are determined by shipper with a nominal handling fee.
