Method of Payment: All purchase must be paid in full by Check, Cash, Visa, Discover or Master Card. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchases. An 18% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchase using credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller.
Removal: Items may be picked up on Monday, October 23rd from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased.
Shipping: Shipping will be available for small items through More-Than-Mail, PakMail or similar service, and all costs associated with shipping and handling will be paid by the Buyer. $5 handling fee added for a small, single auction lot, and additional fee for additional lots or an auction lot with bulk items. Upon payment of your invoice and handling fee, your items will be taken to the Shipper, and they will coordinate all aspects of the shipping of your items. NOTE: While information contained in the brochure and other advertising has been deemed reliable, neither the auction company, seller nor publisher shall be liable for any errors or for the correctness of descriptions. All purchases are made "As-Is, Where-Is" based entirely on the personal inspection and or opinion of the purchaser and without warranty or guarantee of any kind. Statements made sale day take precedence over printed matter.
