AT 7 PM THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 10 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 1-MINUTE THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 1-MINUTE. *Buyer is responsible for picking up there purchased items on the scheduled auction pick up day. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. *Auction Pick Up is 10/12/2023 from 3-6pm * All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * Buyer's premium rate charged. - 15% * Payment types - Cash, Credit Card, Cashier Check or Good Personal Checks are accepted. *All items must be removed on the date listed for pick up.
