FROM THE HESTER FARMS COLLECTION, SALEM, IL SERIAL # BK17402WI 1,962 TRACTORS PRODUCED THIS RESTORATION TOOK 6 YEARS TO COMPLETE. IT INCLUDES GAS CAP COVER WHICH IS VERY HARD TO FIND tODAY IT IS A VERY RARE AND BEAUTIFUL TRACTOR AND HARD TO FIND IN GOOD SHAPE. IN THEIR DAY THESE TRACTORS TOOK ALOT OF ABUSE FROM THE TREE BRANCHES.

On November 3rd bidding will start at 1 pm with lot 1 thru 244. After internet items are sold then non internet items will sell. Saturday November 4, 2023, the internet items will start at 9am with lot 1980 thru 2027. After all internet items are sold then items not listed on internet will sale until done with all items. Payments cash, check, and credit cards 10% buyers premium for internet buyers. 4% on all credit card transactions. All consignments have to be International Harverstor related to be placed on the sale. All sales are final. Payments cash, check, and credit cards 10% buyers premium for internet buyers. 4% on all credit card transactions. Tie bids go to the house bidder. Items must be paid for before leaving the premises. All items need to be picked up November 11, 2023. If other arrangments need to be made please contact: Tom Garner 618 318 9236 or Rick Garner 618 339 4518 If items are not picked up by November 11, 2023 then there will be a storage fee of $50.00 a day. After 30 days if items are not picked up the items will forfit to Chapter 32. All shipping items will be held until checks clear. All shipping will be buyers expense and will be paid for before item will be shipped. Payments for consignors will be mailed 14 days after sale. The auctioneer/ chapter 32 has the right to refuse any consignment. Auctioneer/ chapter 32 has final decision on all disputes. Payment Terms
Cash or check will be accapted at the load out. Following the conclusion of the suction the winning bidder'scredit card will be billed for the total amount due. Upon verification of payment from the credit card processor Chapter 32 will be paid in full receipt and will be sent via email to the bidder. Buyers who wish to pay for purchases by cash or check must contact Chapter32 prior to the close of the sale. All payments are due prior to pickup. Declined credit/debit cards transactions will be re-attempted twice. After 2nd attempt items will be concidered forfeited and may be re-sold at our discretion. The winning bidder will be notified of their winning bid(s) and amount to their credit card via email at the end of the sale.
Shipping/ Pick up All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer or in person pickup. All items need to be picked up by November 11, 2023 or have other arrangments. Storage fee of $50/day will be charge to buyer for items not picked up by November11,2023 After 30 days items that are not picked up will be forfeited to Chapter 32. Buyers are required to bring their PAID IN FULL receipt and a photo ID to claim thier items at time of pick up. Please Note: If you are sending a third party to retrieve your items on your behalf, they must the original PAID IN FULL receipt and a written letter signed by authorizing the release of your items to them.
