This is a on-line only auction for Aaron & Esther Brewer. They have decided to down size and empty the sheds across the street. Auction will be held at 122 West Martin Street, Litchfield, IL. 62056.
All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final bidding price. If paying with credit card payment must be received within 48 hours of auction ending with a 5% extra charge to your final price plus 10% buyers premium. If paying day of pickup cash, check (UP TO $500.00 ONLY), OVER $500.00 CASHIERS CHECK or credit card will be excepted. All items must be removed at scheduled day and time of pickup only. If items are not picked up on that date then credit card will be charged and auction company will take possession of those items. If can't pickup on scheduled pickup day and buyer needs to reschedule a pickup then a $25.00 fee will be required.

If paying at scheduled pickup then cash, check (UP TO $500.00), OVER $500.00 CASHIER CHECK, or credit card will be received only with a 10% buyers fee added to final auction price. Additional 5% if paying with credit card.
Shipping will only be offered on items marked shipping available. If not sure then contact auction company. Buyer will pay actual shipping cost plus insurance plus a $10.00 handling fee per box/package added to shipping cost. We will do our best to combine shipping on multiple lots purchased.
