- All cards will be charged immediately following the auction, unless prior notice requesting to pay with cash/check.
- Any item not remove from the Knight Auction Center within 7 days will be resold for storage.

- Anyone who has not made payment by 5:00 PM on Monday will be subject to a 3% late charge.
ONLINE BIDDERS:
All items sell as is, where is with any and all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied.
ITEM PREVIEW DAY: Are listed on every auction . For Thursday auctions it is the Sunday noon til 6 prior to the Thursday or Monday 9AM til 5 prior to the Thursday. For Sunday is is Sunday morning at 10;30 AM
LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders must pick up their items the morning after the auction starting at 9 AM. Bidders are responsible for contacting Knight Auction Service LLC, if an item is being shipped. Any itme not picked up after 7 days, will be sold to pay for storage.
SHIPPING: Knight Auction Service LLC will ship items AT BUYER'S EXPENSE. If you have questions about whether we will ship an item please contact us BEFORE YOU BID!
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover , wire transfer & cash. Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to shipping if applicable. The card you have on file will be charged immediately following the auction. Anyone who has not made payment by 5:00 PM on the Monday following the auction, will be subject to a 3% late fee. Additionally, could be banned from bidding with Knight Auction Service LLC.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
