All bidders agree to be bound by this contract in order to bid: Please scroll and read ALL terms below:
1. Buyer premium shall be 15% added to the hammer price, which is taxable.
2. Payment is collected at PICK UP. ZELLE or CASH only.
3. Tax will be 8.25%
4. All bids are a binding contract. Bidder acknowledges that once a bid is offered, the bidder shall be bound by the bid amounts. Bids cannot be withdrawn or retracted. Verify the information entered (ie: bid amount) before submitting your bids. Bidder agrees that by placing a bid on any item they are bound by this bidder's contract and agreement for auction terms and conditions.
5. All items sold "As Is Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties. All descriptions are believed to be accurate and pictures take precedence in determining what is included in the lot, however, all bidding and buying are based solely on the bidder's questions and/or opinion of the items.
6. Buyer is responsible for providing the supplies (boxes, packing material, tools & equipment, etc) necessary, as well as the physical labor for dismantling, rigging, crating, loading, hauling, carrying and lifting of any items that they have purchased at their own expense and risk.
The auction staff is not responsible for loading out or providing any equipment to assist.
7. Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges associated with their invoice.
8. Any items not picked up by the end of the last published pick up day will revert to the seller with NO REFUND.
9. Items are subject to additions and/or deletions prior to sale time/closing at the discretion of the auctioneer.
