Pickup Day is October 3rd (Tuesday) 10-6. YOU MUST SCHEDULE PICKUP FOR THIS AUCTION! We can only have one buyer in the building at a time to pick up. You must provide your own transportation and help to load items you purchase. MOST LOCATIONS HAVE STAIRS-BE PREPARED. All items are sold as-is, where-is with any/all defects, and with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Descriptions are believed to be correct, but subject to bidder verification. Items must be picked up on pickup day ONLY. For vehicle purchases: vehicles must be paid for via either wire transfer with $30 transfer fee, or cash. The title will be held until funds clear. The auction company will only take checks on vehicles from known customers, pre-approved by the auction company. Winning bidder(s) not picking up items on pick up day will still be responsible for payment. Items not picked up or ordered shipping are forfeited and become property of the auction co. Winning bidders hereby agree not to chargeback any purchases on credit card for any reason. **Firearm bidders: for denoted lots you must have an Illinois FOID Card to purchase-no exceptions. For firearm buyers, you will have to fill out transfer paperwork, observe state pickup wait times, and pickup form C&M Gun Works i.e. Chris Morrow FFL by calling 217-671-5072. $20 FFL surcharge per firearm must be paid to C&M Gun Works.
