1. Everything must be paid in full at the close of business on 10.03.2023 . If we do not hear from regarding payment by the end of the business on 10.03.2023 the card on file will be charged. 2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made by the consignor. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. If they are unsure, they should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Schedule for item(s) to to be picked up will be Tuesday 10.03.2023 from 12:00-6:00pm. Times are Central Standard Time. THIS IS THE ONLY DAY FOR PICKUP! 7. Shipping is available upon request on small items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. 8. Platinum Auction Company does not guarantee the authenticity of the items in this sale. Items not picked up within 10 business days will be resold and refunds will not be provided on resold items.
