Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made by the consignor. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. If they are unsure, they should inquire or not bid. Shipping is available upon request on small items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. 8. Platinum Auction Company does not guarantee the authenticity of the items in this sale. Items not picked up within 10 business days will be resold and refunds will not be provided on resold items.
