a) All items "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" basis at all times!
b) Absolutely "NO GUARANTEES or WARRANTIES!!" on any purchases.
c) McPhee Auctions is Not Responsible at all, if "INTERNET CONNECTION or HIBID website" doesn't work or stream properly on or during the allocated time of the Auction, due to Weather, working, or other conditions that may arise.
d) 10% Buyers Premium capped at $1000.00 applies to Internet Bidders Only!!
e) NO SHIPPING, all items to be PICKED up on Sale day or Mon.Oct.2,2023. If you can't comply by these rules Please don't register for the sale.
f) Under No circumstances can a bidder put a claim in against McPhee Auctions if the service doesn't work.
g) Buyer must be fully aware they are purchasing items, with the pictures being shown & the best description possible by the Auction Company.
h) All information on details of items are to the best description by McPhee Auctions & the Owners knowledge.
i) Please remember all ITEMS for this Auction are "USED" unless otherwise noted. ALL WARRIENTIES have ran out on ITEMS.
j) All items once sold, OWNERS or AUCTIONEERS, not responsible for theft or damages.
k) All paperwork or manuals of machines may or may not be included with purchase of items.
l) When e-tranfering money, please include contact information of buyer & what payment is for.
m) All bidders must be aware that when bidding on items, unseen & by a picture only, they accept the risks that some items may have little dents,marks, scratches, etc.., that a picture might not have shown. Please preview the Auction items for your best Interest in bidding.
n) McPHEE AUCTIONS or OWNERS Not responsible for SHIPPING or LOADING of any item at all. It is the new owners responsibility to organize that & remove all purchases before the stated time period expires. Otherwise the item may be forfeited back to the Auction Company or Owners.
o) No refunds,exchanges, or retractions.
p) You are purchasing the items with the best description & photos being provided. ALL SIZES are APPROXIMATE.
q) All bidders from either Canada or United States must PAY the Canadian Ontario Government 13% HST, Provincial Sales Tax if it applies to an item. If you are an out of province buyer the tax rate will be adjusted to your Canadian Provinces official Tax rate.
r) Lot items may be Added or Deleted up to 48 hrs., before closing of Auction.
s) If disputes occur over an item or items, Auctioneers can TERMINATE,VOID or RESELL the items at any time possible.
ALL SALES are FINAL! AUCTIONEERS DECISION IS ALWAYS FINAL!
OWNERS or AUCTIONEERS not responsible for accidents,injury,deletions or loss of property sale day. All Verbal announcements take precedence over all written or advertised material.
