All items are sold as is. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to review photos or ask specific questions before the close of the auction. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to pick up their items on location after the close of the sale, with scheduled pick-up time. Shipping is not offered unless direct arrangements are made with the auctioneer. By bidding on an item you are entering into a contract to pay for your purchases. 20% buyer's premium will be added to every purchase, along with New York State sales tax, unless you have a resale form on file.
If you would like to charge to the credit card on file, please email info@goldntimes.com. Otherwise, it will be assumed that you intend to pay with cash or check. There is a 3% surcharge added to all auction invoices paid by credit card.
Purchases over $2,500 are to be paid with cash or check.
Any out-of-area purchases below $2,500 must be paid with a credit card before shipment. Purchases over $2,500 must be made with a certified bank check.
For new customers purchasing silver, gold, or jewelry, we require payment by check or cash.

Any removal of lots is the responsibility of the bidder. Please bring assistance to load large items and packing materials as we will not have any available on location.
If you need your times shipped, please email us at info@goldntimes.com after you receive your invoice to make arrangements. We are able to make arrangements with a third party for an additional shipping and handling fee, or bring your items to a local shipping center if that is your preference. To use the third party shipping, we estimate the total cost as the cost of shipping plus a $35 handling fee per lot.
