Pick up will be Monday OCT 2nd 12:00pm-5:00pm There are NO alternate pick up dates. Pick up will be held at. 1751 Oak Street Hamilton IL. 62341 Please pickup your items during the pickup times. NOTE- If you do not pickup your items duing the listed pickup times you will forfeit them, unless shipping is needed. We are only at the home during the pickup times. ALL BUYERS are required to bring help to load their items. If you need help, bring help. All KKA personnel will be locating items for other buyers.
PLEASE READ ALL THE TERMS
You are responsible for the loading and packing of ALL of your items. If you need totes, packing, boxes or HELP loading, you need to bring it with you.
If your items are not picked up by 5:00pm, OCT 2nd your card on file will be charged. NO exceptions. If your card is not able to be charged at this time, you will be blocked from bidding on all other auctions. If you do not pickup your items during the pickup time, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS. All items are as is, where is with no faults. All descriptions believed to be accurate, but not warrented. NO guarantees on ANY items. By placing a bid the bidder signifies that they agree to pay the bid price + BP. We reserve the right to reject any bids. There will be a 12% buyers premium on all items. We accept cash, check, credit or debit card as forms of payment at pickup.
