This ONLINE ONLY auction will be held at 1711 Oak street with item also coming from the home at 1751 Oak Street. This sale will include a line of clean antiques and MCM items, as well as some primitives, jewelry & coins. This sale will also include SEVERAL bulk lots such as clothing, kitchen items and modern furniture. Auction will be held on Sunday Oct. 1st, 2023 at 6:00pm. This auction will end in a soft closing. Pick up for this sale will the very next day, Monday Oct. 2nd, 2023. Pick up times will be 12:00 noon to 5:00pm. NO EARLYBIRDS. Doors will not open until 12:00 noon. There are NO alternate pick ups. Please do not bid, unless you can retrieve your items during the allotted pick up time.
