PAYMENT - All purchases will be automatically charged the following morning after the auction has closed with your credit card on file with HiBid. If you do not wish to have your credit card charged for your purchase(s), please contact us immediately to make other arrangements for payment. If not notified within 24 hours BEFORE THE END OF THE AUCTION your credit card on file will be charged. - Payment must be made before item(s) are removed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE. - IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY THE LAST SCHEDULED PICK UP DAY, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED IN DEFAULT. Upon default, the bidder may be black listed/blocked from bidding on any future Sohn & Associates, Ltd. auctions. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest qualified bidder at the discretion of the Sohn & Associates, Ltd. - The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Sohn & Associates, Ltd. in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a late fee of two percent (2%) of the outstanding balance per month will be added to any unpaid balance due Sohn & Associates, Ltd. Any dispute will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Vanderburgh County, Indiana. PICKUP & SHIPPING All firearms will be processed and picked up from Sohn & Associates office located at 12600 N Green River Rd. in Evansville, IN 47725. This process includes filling out a NICS 4473 form and providing a valid drivers license with your current address. We are currently experiencing a high volume of online bidding and shipping may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ship auction items in the order that they close. WE CANNOT SHIP YOUR FIREARMS UNTIL WE HAVE A COPY OF THE RECEIVING DEALER'S FFL LICENSE (if applicable). License #AC30000226. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the winning bidder. All firearms purchasers must send a copy of the receiving FFL dealer's license immediately after the auction. We cannot ship until we have the FFL. Shipping costs within the 48 continental U.S. states will be the actual shipping fee, insurance coverage (Hammer Price + Buyer's Premium), adult signature confirmation, plus a small materials and handling fee. Items are shipped within 14 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of FFL information. NOTE - CALIFORNIA residents are prohibited from bidding on MODERN GUNS; however, you may purchase ANTIQUE/BLACK POWDER guns. We WILL NOT sell to international bidders. All hand guns and ammunition will be sent via USPS. All long guns will be sent via FedEx. If purchasing any accessories or ammunition, those items will be shipped directly to the bidder.
