All property is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS” and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, usefulness, value, or any other determining factor. We attempt to accurately describe the merchandise our customers are bidding on. Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, the auction house makes no warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc. Stock photos are for item identification ONLY. Wondrous Works Auction House shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot. No refund will be made due to any incorrectness, error, imperfection, defect, or damage. No exceptions. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. There will be no charge backs, stop payments or refunds.
Buyer must bring their own boxes/containers, paper/wrap, and/or labor to load and remove items. WE DO NOT MOVE LARGE ITEMS. SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE.
Any items paid for and not picked up will have a $10 per day item storage fee added. Items remaining after one week will be considered abandoned and forfeited. Such items will be disposed of at the discretion of Wondrous Works Auction House.

Total payment includes 15% Buyer’s Premium and 8.25% sales tax
Winning bidders will be contacted by email with their invoice and pick-up instructions following the completion of this auction. Please look for an email at the completion of the auction. All instructions will be in the email sent out to winning bidders. The email will come from Wondrous Works Auction House. Pick-Up for this auction is in downtown Arlington, TX.
By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions and you agree to hold Wondrous Works Auction House harmless for any and all bodily injury and/or property damage and assume all risks in obtaining your winning items.
