PICKUP
All items from this auction are available for pickup during one pickup window only!
PICKUP DAY: Saturday, July 2
PICKUP TIME: 10:00 am until 4:00 pm
PICKUP LOCATION: Shaker Heights, Ohio (address will be included on the invoice)
ALL FURNITURE AND LARGE LOTS MUSE BE PICKED UP DURING THIS TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any furniture or larger item that is not picked up during this time will be assessed a $25 per item per day fee for one week. If it still remains on property, it will then be considered abandoned and disposed of and no refund will be issued.
SHIPPING
All purchases may be picked up on Saturday, July 2, from 10am to 4pm in Shaker Heights, Ohio (the address will be included in the invoice).
We will have some in-house shipping for this auction. Items eligible for in-house shipping will be noted in the description. We will ship most smaller items in-house and charge you only for the actual cost of packaging, shipping, and insurance. THE COST FOR SHIPPING WILL NOT BE ON YOUR INITIAL INVOICE. We will send a separate invoice for the shipping charge, so please pay the sale invoice immediately and let us know if you wish us to ship your item(s). We will then calculate the shipping charge and send a second invoice.
For some larger or more fragile lots, we can deliver to our local UPS Store (Marietta, Ohio) at no charge. You must make arrangements for us to do this, and you will then deal directly with the UPS Store for payment. You may contact the Marietta UPS Store for a cost quote prior to bidding. Email them at store2513@theupsstore.com and let them know you are bidding in our auction.
FOR ALL ITEMS TOO LARGE TO SHIP (such as furniture and larger "cleanout" lots): you MUST pick up, or arrange for pickup, during the July 2 pickup window. This is the ONLY option for these larger items, so please plan accordingly. Buyers of any of these lots left after July 2 will be billed $25/day per lot for one week, and then will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.
