Payment information: 10% buyer's premium will be added to purchase price. Payment can be made by Cash, Check, & Credit Card at pickup. A 5% Surcharge will be added if you use a credit card. $35 fee will be added to all NSF checks. Pickup and Shipping Statement: Buyer is responsible for the removal of all items. Bring help when buying heavy or multiple items. Buyer will be held responsible for any damage to house or real estate. Shipping is available on select items, please contact us before bidding. 5% surcharge will be added to the total including shipping.
