Buyer's Premium for this auction is 5% for onsite bidders and 10% for online bidders.
There will be a $50 additional title fee for titled vehicles.

When an item is sold, it becomes the property of the bidder at that time. Brister Auctions, LLC assumes no responsibility for loss or theft.

Brister Auctions, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at any time. Brister Auctions, LLC, the Auctioneer and the auction staff are authorized to bid on behalf of the seller, phone bidders and absentee bidders.
Payment Options: Cash, credit card, wire transfer, certified or business check. There will be a 4% charge for credit card purchases. All wire transfers will be charged a $25.00 fee. All accounts must be settled no later than 48 banking hours of sale end.

Shipping Instructions: Buyer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs.
Pickup Date & Times: Auction day until 5pm, Monday through Friday the following week from 8am until 5pm. Items not removed by 09-01-2023 will be charged a storage fee of $10 per day per lot for 30 days. All items must be removed by 10-01-2023 or they will be resold at absolute auction, the storage fees will be collected and the remainder if any will be mailed to the buyer.
