Incredible sale featuring many rare and hard to find items along with highly loved collector items. This sale is OFF-SITE, NOT AT OUR WAREHOUSE, pickup will be in Cyrpess, TX on Friday 09/01 and Saturday 09/02 from 11am-3pm FIRM.
All sales are final, all items sold as is where is without guarantees. We do not accept returns, if you are the winning bidder you are responsible for paying for, and removing your merchandise. All bidders will be charged a 15% buyer's premium and tax - if you are tax exempt please let us know before the auction closes. We will need a current IRS Form 01-339 on file for tax to be removed. Payment is due immediately following the auction - we will bill the credit or debit card on file that you registered with. If you wish to pay cash, you may do so but please let us know BEFORE the auction closes. If you are new to our auction, or new to HiBid, we may take extra steps to verify your identity. If your name, address and phone number do not match up to the credit or debit card you registered with, your bids will automatically be declined. If you purchase GOLD or FINE JEWELRY - we may request a wire transfer as payment if you are new to our auction, or have been on HiBid for less than 6 months. Wire transfer will be due to us 24 hours after the auction closes, or you will be reported as a non-paying bidder, which will prevent you from participating in future auctions. We offer in-house shipping, each package will be billed an additional $4 handling fee - this fee is non-negotiable, and is in addition to the actual postage charge. We offer this service as a courtesy and supplies to pack and ship your merchandise are not included in the final sale price of your items. Shipping will process 5 days after pickup, you will receive confirmation once your package ships, tracking information will also be provided at that time. Payment is due immediately after the auction closes. Please make sure your payment information is correct and has appropriate funding. We are not able to extend due dates, payment is due immediately, or in cash at pickup. If your merchandise isn't paid for by pickup you will be reported to HiBid and your bidding privileges will be revoked. Please understand this is not eBay, eBay is not subject to auction law; HiBid is subject to auction law which makes any bid a legally binding contract. If you bid on an item, and you are the winner of that item, you are obligated to pay for that item, and remove it within the time frame specified. If you wish to pay cash, please let us know before the auction ends. If you register within the last 2 hours, you will be required to pay using the card on file unless other arrangements have been made with us. All buyers will be charged a 15% buyers' premium and tax. We are not a shipping company with a shipping department, we do this as a courtesy to save you money from using a UPS drop-off service. Shipping will occur 5 working days after pickup has taken place (example: if the auction closes Saturday and pickup is Tuesday, your package will ship by the following Tuesday). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package ships (from Shippo.com). Please do not call or email us to inquire about your package unless the 5 working days have passed.
