All invoices over $1000 must be paid with cash, cashiers check, or bank wire.
You will have 48 hours to pay your invoice or all of your bids will be canceled and we will go to the bidder back.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO REMOVAL DEADLINES!! We will work with the buyers of the big items upstairs because it is a lot of work.
10% Buyers fee on all items.
All bidding must be done online.
All Items Sold AS/IS No Refunds or Returns
This auction will end on Thursday September 21st starting at 6 PM. (Starting with Lot # 1 and then every 20 seconds the following lot will end.)
You the buyer are responsible for all disassembly. If a wall needs to be removed to get it out, that is fine it just needs to be put back the way it was.
ALL electrical work must be done by a certified licensed electrician.
There is NO fork lift on site.
You are responsible for fixing any damage that you cause to the building.
You are 100% responsible for the removal your items.
If you are seriously interested in this item please call Jake and he will show you the items so you can see exactly what you are getting and you can see what it will take to get the item out of the building.
YOUR BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT: As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. The Owner/Sellers of property sold through this Site reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in their sole discretion.
