Description
We've been blessed with a terrific estate from the late Alice Helmkamp. Alice was a school teacher for 30 years in Monet. We will be selling from her home in Freistatt where she was born and passed. Living 90 years and having never married she accumulated a great collection of vintage and mid century treasures along with her parents antiques. Mark your calendars and make the trip out to Freistatt for pick up day! This is round 1 for this estate. We will be having round 2 which will consist of an amazing vintage toy collection, Extensive Vintage Jewelry collection, books, fancy linens, post cards and awesome ephemera of all different types. Round 2 will take place in Ozark at a later date. Stay tuned as always! Our auctions end on Monday evenings at 6 pm Central time. Variety for everyone this week. We have an in person preview on Saturday, September 2nd from 11am to 3 pm. This auction is held onsite at: 115 E 3rd St., Freistatt, Missouri 65654. We encourage you to pre-bid and enter your maximum bid. The system will proxy bid in increments of $1.00 and in the event of a tie, the pre-bidder will be the winner. Lot 1 will close at 6 PM CST on Monday, September 4th. You can attend the auction from your La-Z-Boy chair as all bidding takes place online. Each lot will close in numerical order starting at 6 pm CST. Pickup is 2 days day only. We've extended our pick up with an extra day due to the qunatity of lots on this auction. Furniture buyers are encouraged to come late afternoon on Wednesday. This is a small house packed full and for some pieces of furniture we will not be able to get them out until the second day. Tuesday or Wednesday, September 5th and 6from 10 am to 4 pm at. It's imperative you make this pickup date or make other arrangements in advance by calling Steve Becker at 417.699.9480. We will not be taking left items to our office. If you cannot make the pick up dates, either have the winnings shipped or don't bid. There are no refunds for abandoned items. Shipping is available on most items. Items will be delivered to Rapid Ship in Republic, Missouri where they will expedite your shipping.

There is a $5.00 surcharge per bidder number. So if you buy 10 items you are only charged one surcharge of $5.00. Shipping cost is actual plus the $5.00 and insurance is required on all shipments. Items not claimed within 7 days are considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued. Please note that if you are bidding on an auction that's at our Glenstone address we will not transfer sold items to Ozark. Important note: we are not available everyday at the Glenstone location. It is usually locked and secured making it hard for you to retrieve items outside of THE NORMAL SCHEDULED pick up time. If you are bidding on an auction that we're conducting from the residence and you fail to pickup on the assigned date your credit card will be charged and we will donate your items. No refunds will be issued. If you cannot pick up on the assigned date and time, please do not bid. We are a proven auction company with a history of fairness and honesty.
