If both parties agree to delay collecting items, they must be picked up within 28 days from last pickup day(s). Pickup is allowed only on scheduled dates. Items unclaimed by deadline are deemed abandoned and may be disposed or resold. Failure to collect on pickup day(s) may result in charges. This stands unless explicitly communicated and agreed upon by both parties. No credits shall be presumed if you neglect to collect items. If a credit is deemed appropriate, a 15% restocking fee will apply, deducted from the total if granted. In cases where a credit is approved, a seven-day return period follows the second pickup day, unless mutually agreed otherwise. Returned item(s) must maintain the same condition as when claimed. Failure to appear for pickup days and failure to contact us will result in forfeiture of lots. Forfeiture eliminates entitlement to a credit or possession. Such lots may be reauctioned or disposed of. Colors, descriptions, measurements¹, and images may vary. Lack of decimal points, apostrophes, and quotations may lead to variances, e.g., 1925 instead of 19.25". Assume warranties and bundled memberships are invalid. Lots and sets may have missing components. Refunds and credits are at our discretion. "Claiming" means attending pickup days or agreed-upon dates. Treasury Auctions functions as a subject-to-confirmation auction. Items listed are subject to final approval by Treasury Auctions before being considered sold. The highest bid at auction closure does not guarantee automatic sale. Treasury Auctions may accept or reject bids, offers, or final sale prices at our discretion, regardless of reserve prices. Items in this auction may have reserve prices set by Treasury Auctions. A reserve price is the minimum amount for an item to be sold. Regardless of the highest bid meeting the reserve price, Treasury Auctions can withdraw the item, rendering it unsold. We may negotiate or reintroduce items. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal. Treasury Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. Treasury Auctions assumes no liability for losses, damages, or inconveniences from item withdrawals. Bidders acknowledge this prerogative for auction integrity. Decisions by Treasury Auctions on sales confirmation, bid acceptance, item withdrawal, and disputes are final. Bidders affirm their commitment to these decisions.
