Acceptance of Terms: Buyers registering for and using LOC COLLECTIBLES bid cards, placing bids online agree to the following Terms of Sale, which you agree with when you check the box when you register, and place first bid:

***ANY RETURNED CHECK WILL BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM $40 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*****ALL BIDS PLACED DURING AN ACTIVE AUCTION ARE FINAL. No bids will be removed or retracted at any time. If you have any questions or concerns please ask before bidding.
* Payment or payment arrangements need to be made within 7 days after the auction. If you would like to pay with an alternate card please send an email prior to the auction ending. Shipping/handling charges will be applied to the invoice at the end of the auction. Insurance is automatically applied to the invoice up to $10,000. If you need more than this amount please contact us asap.
****We are required to charge sales tax to winning bidders in the state of Iowa. Buyers will pay a sales tax rate of 7% on all purchases. If you have a valid IA re-seller ID number please contact us before auction's end to have your invoice adjusted.
***Payment or payment arrangements are required in full within 7 days of auction's end.
* We offer in house shipping. Shipping charges will be applied at the end of the auction. We ONLY ship USPS, and FEDEX. YOUR ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 14 DAYS. We will provide tracking to the email address you have on file once your item ships out.
**ALL ITEMS WILL HAVE INSURANCE ADDED TO THE INVOICE AUTOMATICALLY. IF ANY ISSUES ARISE WITH THE PACKAGE DURING TRANSIT OR DELIVERY IT WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASING PARTY TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM. ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED UP TO $10000. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS OVER THIS AMOUNT AND YOU WOULD LIKE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP.**

LOC COLLECTIBLES provides ample opportunity for buyers to thoroughly inspect goods to be sold. All purchases should be made on the buyer's own recognizance. All persons bidding in absentee who have not physically inspected the goods prior to the sale are also subject to these terms. All lots are sold "As is". There are no warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. LOC COLLECTIBLES and consigners make no guarantee or warranty as to the authenticity of the merchandise, the correctness of the catalog, nor shall any description (oral or written) of condition, size, quality, rarity, importance or provenance be deemed a guarantee.

Buyers Premium:
All sales are subject to a Buyer's Premium; reference to the Buyer's Premium is made in any associated auction advertisements. Buyer's premium will be a stated percentage and must be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price.
Handling Fee: There is a handling fee of $8 assessed with each invoice. This fee covers materials associated with storage of auction items as well as shipping materials.
