Auction Terms and Conditions
All Bidders attending R. G. Mason Auctions must agree to these terms and conditions.
All bidders are required to register prior to bidding on any item. Bidders are required to give first and last name, address, phone number and email address. R. G. Mason Auctions or Owner reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone who has not fully honored bids at previous Auctions. All purchases must be settled in full within 48 hours of recite of invoice.
A BUYERS PREMIUM will be charged on all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable items unless bidder has a valid exemption. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable items unless bidder has a valid exemption.
Payment can be made with CASH, CHECKS OR CREDIT CARD.
Buyers that renege on payment will lose their bidding privileges.
While descriptions are believed to be accurate, information and quantities given by the Auction catalog, Auctioneer, owner, or other Auction personnel is offered only as a guide.
Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of Auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder.
All Auction items are sold “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS THEREIN.” There is no guarantee as to merchantability by Auctioneer or Owner.
The auctioneer reserves the right to remove, or add to any Auction items on this list up
until Auction time.
Items not picked up in the pickup period will become the property of the auctioneer and will be disposed of at their discretion.
Bidders are strongly advised to inspect items prior to purchase.
