1. This is an online only auction. Lots will close at a rate of one lot per 30 seconds with a soft closing. Meaning that if a bid is placed on an item within the last minute of the auction an additional minute will be added on. Additionally, if there is a "group" of similar items (for example uranium sets, china sets, or glassware sets that are alike) an additional minute will be added to ALL items in that alike group.
2. In person auction preview will be available by appointment. We are in the process of moving to our new location, we appreciate your patience during the move. We will do everything possible for you to view any item you wish. Please call 920-296-2138 or email at vandergals@gmail.com
3. Vandergals will try to the best of their ability, to describe each lot. Pictures are also a valuable tool for you to determine the quality and condition of the items.
ALL items will be sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FInaL. No refunds, discounts, deductions, or adjustments of any kind Will be made. By registering , reading the terms, agreeing to the terms, and bidding, you are creating a legal and binding contract. Vandergals, will not be held responsible for any type of warranty or guarantee of any kind on any item. Bidder agrees to proceed at their own discretion. 4. Vandergals, uses HiBid as their auction platform and will in no way be held responsible for any web site error, glitch, outage, internet failure, or disruption of any kind during the auction.
5. Terms of payment: 16% buyers fee will be added to each won item/lot
3% discount for cash or check payment.

Out of area invoices will be charged immediately following auction and shipping preparation.
In person pickup no-shows will have their credit card charged with cost of items, full buyer fee, and shipping cost. NO REFUNDS
6. SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP: Local pickup will be available on Monday August 21 from 8am - 12pm and Wednesday August 23 from 2pm - 6pm. Any local address not picking up during that time will result in their credit card being charged for winning lots, buyers fee, and shipping. No refunds - no exceptions.
SHIPPING: WE LOVE TO SHIP (furniture, large, and heavy items excluded) we will take utmost care in wrapping, packing, and shipping your items. We will utilize USPS, UPS, or Fedex. We charge actual shipping plus a handling fee of $5.00 for each package (please note: we will combine as many of your won items into one box as we safely can, we do not charge a handling fee per item - JUST PER BOX)
