* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

* Bidder inspection is highly encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Wyoming sales tax of 5% will be added to all transactions.
* Buyer's premium rate of 10% will charged to all transactions.
* We ONLY accept credit and debit cards BUT there are NO surcharges or convience fees as those are covered by the Buyer's premium.
* WE ARE NOT A STORAGE COMPANY. All items must be picked up during the Check-out Times listed unless otherwise arranged with the auctioneer. Items not paid for within 2 days of the end of the auction will be charged an additional $10 per day until paid in full including the first two days after the end of the auction. If bidder fails to contact auctioneer within those two days to arrange payment, the auctioneer has the sole discretion to void the transaction. Items not claimed within 3 days of the end of the auction pick-up period, unless otherwise arranged, will be charged a separate $20 handling and storage fee per item ($50 for vehicles, trailers, and items weighing in excess of 100lbs). After an additional 4 days, the item(s) will be disposed of by the auction company and NO REFUNDS will be given for the purchases or any additional fees which were incurred. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the auctioneer to make any arrangements. It is at the option of the auctioneer as to whether special arrangements for pick-up are acceptable.

* A court of Natrona Co. will be used for dispute resolution.
* We reserve the right to extend, postpone, cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures, other technical difficulties, or for any reason the auctioneer deems necessary.
* Some items may be regulated by State or Federal laws. If an item requires a buyer to be of a minimum age, an ID will be required at pick-up for verification.
* Firearms purchases require an FFL transfer. Red, White and Blued (Toyon Wiggs) will have the firearms at their shop. You will need to contact them at (307) 462-0941 to arrange pick-up after you have paid for the items. They will charge $20/firearm for the transfer. They only accept cash.
