TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) PICK UP DATE/TIME: Wednesday 8/16/2023 from 8:AM to 3:PM
2) PICK UP LOCATION: 1000 S. Park Land Suite 5 Tempe, AZ 85281
3) LOCAL PICK-UP ... Due to limited warehouse space - All items that are sold must be picked up by buyers at the times posted above or shipping arrangements must be made (If Applicable). Please Note: Only items indicated for shipping will be shipped. Failure to pick up items or arrange shipping will automatically result in items being forfeited with no refund or credit.
4) All buyers are responsible for disassembling and removing items they purchase, so please bring tools, packing materials, boxes and manpower if applicable.
5) SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION
6) An18% Buyers premium will apply to all purchases.
7) All sales are final. Bidders may not retract their bid.
8) Applicable Sales Tax applies to in-state purchases, unless a valid resale license is on file with us. No tax will be charged on currency or bullion.
9) All weights and measurements are approximate. Stones/Gems are not guaranteed.
10) Lots will begin to close in order and will close EVERY 30 SECONDS until the auction is completed. This auction will feature extended bidding, meaning that if a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the bidding will be extended an additional 60 seconds to ensure that all bidders have time to place their bids.
11) All items are being sold in AS-IS where-Is condition with all faults and amenities with no expresses, written, or implied warranty.
12) All Sales are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges.
13) All payments will be made to Lythcoop Estate Liquidators LLC at the close of the auction, via credit card on file. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please remember to place the correct credit card on file, the credit card you register with will be the credit card used for payment.
14) Buyer(s) specifically waive the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. 15) Your credit card will be validated, meaning a "hold" will be place on your credit card for $1.00 then reversed within 24 hours. This is to help ensure that all bidders are bidding with a valid credit card.
16) Unpaid or declined invoices will be continually charged until paid and may be charged at a lesser denomination until paid.
17) Failure to pay invoice will result in being permanently blocked from participating in future auctions.
18) SHIPPING COSTS: (If Applicable) Shipping starts at $8.00 depending on weight, size, and distance. Additionally, every package is insured based on invoice value, plus $7.50 for packing material and handling, as well as $3.20 for signature confirmation. Lots will be combined whenever possible to minimize shipping costs.
