Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Any complaints of your purchase must be made with the company within 3 days of receiving merchandise (if your item has been shipped to you) or within 7 days after the auction has closed if you are a local cusomer (and your item was not shipped to you), No Exceptions! JAG Enterprises LLC is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against JAG Enterprises LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. JAG Enterprises LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. JAG Enterprises LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. We will accept credit cards or payment through PayPal. Hi-Bid will automatically charge your credit card post auction unless you have emailed us prior to the auction closing to request to pay via PayPal OR cash.
